Delivery costs

We keep it simple: standard shipping is a flat $10 AUD per order.

Delivery times

Unlike your mate's mystery stash, our gear isn't sitting around waiting for someone to find it. Every order is printed on demand and will take approximately 14 business days to be custom made and delivered to your door.

So, check your order status and tracking for updates. If it's a gift, be sure to allow the time for us to bring it to life and get it delivered as we can't do express deliveries.

Designs

Spotted a design that's totally your vibe, but not on the gear you want?

No promises, but we'll see what we can do. Shoot us an email at info@thehighclub.com.au and let us know which design like, what gear you'd like to see it on (tank, crop, singlet, hoodie - you name it), and your preferred colours. If we can make it happen, we'll roll it into the line-up and give you a heads-up when it's live.

Why does your gear feel so damn good?

Because we don't mess around when it comes to quality. Most of our apparel comes from AS Colour, a brand famous for premium blanks that fit well, are soft & comfortable, and built to last.

Your Order

Returns

Unfortunately returns are not accepted for most of our gear as it is custom-made. All custom made products are personalised for you and are therefore not suitable for resale so please choose carefully. With custom products, we can only accommodate exchanges for damaged or defective items, and not for change of mind. When you change the colour on an item, make sure you also update the size.

If your parcel was damaged or there are any product quality issues, please get in touch with our super-friendly support crew at info@thehighclub.com.au. Please make sure your items are unworn and unwashed and are returned within 14 days.

Change of Mind or Wrong Sizes or Colours ordered.

Unfortunately orders for change of mind, wrong colour or size are not accepted for most of our gear as it is custom-made. Please choose carefully and refer to the sizing information on each product page. Have a question? Contact us at info@thehighclub.com.au.

I'm having trouble placing an order. Help!

Hit a snag at checkout? Flick us an email at info@thehighclub.com.au and we'll help you get your order over the line. You'll find us in the club house Monday to Friday, 9am–4pm WST.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Gift wrapping? Not currently in our bag of tricks. But you can absolutely send goodies straight to your favourite bud. Just put their address in as the shipping address and let them know to expect something in the post.
